Cyberhometour, LLC photography price list effective 04/01/10 for homes within 30 miles of downtown Birmingham. Includes all interior rooms and outdoor property. Unlimited photos as required to market the home and a listing on our web site or your own custom designed web page with unique web address. See sample below!
$100 - for homes up to $179,999
$125 - for homes between $180,000 and $464,999
$200 - for homes between $465,000 and $779,999
$300 - for homes between $780,000 and $1,399,000
$600 - for homes between $1,400,000 and $2,999,999
Email for quote on homes over $2,999,999 or for homes out of the area
Photography service includes photographing all interior rooms, outdoor property and a listing on our web site cyberhometour.net for one year. We also provide a link to the tour that you can use on other web sites. High resolution photos are availble via download for your use with other marketing if desired. Property brochures are not provided. If you would like a property brochure, see options below.
Custom web pages with your own URL are also available. Just email us your writeup in a doc or word file. (sample)

Terms: We require payment in advance. All photographs and brochures are the property of Cyberhometour, LLC. Permission to use is only granted to you for your marketing use. Your listing link will remain active for up to 1 year as long as the listing is active. If you cancel your appointment after we have photographed the property, no money will be refunded. If it is raining the day of the appointment and we are unable to obtain good outdoor photos, we will shoot the interior and return on another day to photograph the exterior. We will refund your money via company check if you cancel your appointment before we photograph the property minus a $10 handling charge. Prices do not include night photography. Photo and tour links will be emailed to you unless we have a maintenance code to upload for your office. Your broker must give the Birmingham Association of Realtors permission for us to use a maintenance code to upload your photos.
